Don't mind me. I'm having my own little party here, on behalf of my Grand Pop.
Today is his 101st Birthday!

101!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unbelievable! Isn't that just cool????

He had both knees replaced at the age of 90 and is still going!!!

That's terrific, Gayle!! Wish him a happy birthday from me!! My grandma is 87 and I hope to help her celebrate her 101st some day too!

Cool Gayle! I remember a post a long time ago about a 100 y/o grandma/pa! Was that you and your Grand Pop then too?!?! :)

I just marvel at how much longer we really can live! I'm just starting out if I live to 101! :eek:

Mary, yes I posted this last year when he turned 100!!!!! lol

Michele, my Grand Pop is 101, my "Mom" (that's what we call my grandmother on the other side) is 98, and the kids' Great Great Grandfather from my DH's side died at 102! Good genes, hugh???

He acts like a kid all the time. He's constantly harassing all the grand and great grand kids with his cane....poking, prodding, tripping them. And don't get me started on what he does with his false teeth! LOL
