I have been bad and a couple weeks ago as I was doing HIIT on the treadmill I strained my hamstring. I figured it couldn't be to bad so I have kept on working out. I am thinking though that I may need to take some time off but am afraid to since I am enjoying my routine right now.
How have you trained through an injury? Do you completely do nothing or do something like yoga/pilates?
I am thinking maybe as a warmup to bike for around 15 minutes and then do some yoga for about 30 minutes.
I can usually really feel it when I am walking. I just want it to heal without needing to go to the doctor.
