Hi all,
After 6 months od frustration and many doctor's visits, I am finally being treated for my hairloss issue. The endocrinologist has started me on aldactone. I have been on it 2 days and so far so good. The medicine makes me a bit nauseous, but I was told this will pass within a couple of weeks. I hope to see a slowing of the hairloss over the next few months. Hopefully I will see some regrowth as well.
I was diagnosed with PCOS - even though ALL of my blood work is well in the normal range for all those hormones and glucose. The only abnormal test was testosterone back in January, but it since returned to normal in April's test. I recently saw a nutritionist who specializes in PCOS. Mhy diet is perfect and so is my exercise. STS has really helped me shed some weight that had been creeping on this past year. So I will keep up the clean eating, additional/longer cardio, and the STS. I saw tremendous results from STS too so that is always motivating as well.
That is all for now. I am just keeping fingers crossed.
