Had my 20 week sonogram yesterday ...

...and man, it took forever, because my little baby was curled up in the corner and wouldn't come out there, so the lady could not get all the measurements and take all the pictures she needed, so she sends me back out in the waiting room for a while . I had to go pee so bad x(, but she said, don't go, it might help. After about 20 minutes I go back in there and the baby is still in the same corner. So the lady says, go pee, maybe that works (which I said to my husband earlier, I am sure the baby will move if I go pee) and sure enough it did!

So everything looks great and we are going to have a little girl!!!

We first were a little disappointed because my husband already has two girls and we both wanted a boy, but I am getting really excited now about my little girl :7! And since yesterday I can feel her moving, it is so wonderful!

Congratulations, what fantastic news!

That is so funny about the baby being curled up and "hiding" for the sonogram, I had that same thing happen with my son.

Now you can plan for a girl's nursery and clothes etc. So much fun

that's a funny story - i had the opposite experience at my sonogram. the baby was kicking around so much and wouldn't settle down. the baby was so active the sonographer couldn't look at the heart and take measurements. she sent me to the bathroom after 25 minutes (thank god!) to see whether that would settle it down.
