Hi Haters,

I'm having a perfectly awful day http://bestsmileys.com/weather/5.gif

First off, my DH never made it home last night http://www.millan.net/minimations/smileys/sigh.gif. He called when his plane landed at 3:30 PM -- he was in the mood for take out from his favorite restaurant and asked me to pick it up. I didn't hear from him again until after 10:00. He had to stop by his office on his way home and all hell broke loose. By the time he got everything under control he was too tired to make the 40 minute drive home. He had been at a grueling conference where meetings went well into the wee hours every night and he was exhausted. So there I sat, with a ton of food and no one to eat it. I guess it's a good thing I didn't like what he ordered or this could've been a real disaster!:eek:

To cap off my evening, I developed a migraine headache, which I still have ;( . It's better but it's lingering in the background and I have this underlying queasiness. I'm sure the weather is to blame -- rainy, humid, hot -- UGH! At least I don't have to stand out there with the hose and water the %^&$(* grass!

I have no idea what workout I'm doing today, or even IF I'm doing a workout today. The Barry's Boot Camp set I ordered for DH came yesterday, but I'd prefer that he start with P90 so I'm not going to give it to him just yet.

August - Thank goodness Chami is doing well. It was so nice of your friends to give Chami her pills while you were gone. Your mom must've been relieved, too. I'd love to see her little kitty cast:+ . Thanks for the heads up about that show on PBS -- The War. I've missed all of it so far, but our local PBS station is going to air the episodes back to back this Sunday and I've set my DVR to record them.

Jen - are you rested this morning? I'm glad to see you're making wiser food choices ;) :* . I need to plan my workouts. I did that for about a week then I don't know what happened :p . Oh, I remember...I was doing the LGI8 rotation but I had to stop because I can't do all the weight work with this bum elbow x(

Hi Michele. My head is killing me too. I'm so stressed. DH and I were fighting big time last night and Gabe's teacher called so I'm dealing w/that already too. He has a dr appt tomorrow for his headaches so I'm going to talk to his dr about this too. I only got about 5 hours of sleep last night and then both of my boys were up at 5:15 so no quiet me time this morning.

I hope your headache goes away soon! Sorry to hear about your DH's long day. Is he working today?

Diane - I agree w/Michele - baby is going to be late. Gannon was 3 days early and I had Gabe right on his due date. Maybe she'll surprise you and come this weekend.

Robin - you better get some REST. You hear????

Hey haters! I ran home for a few... I feel like CRAP! I think I probably got about 4 hours sleep last night. Woke up at 5 and was wide awake so got up and did a 30 minute cardio interval workout. I have that Silpada party tonight @ 6 and going for a drink with three girls from work at 4- we've changed it like 3 times so I have to go regardless of me feeling like crap! I plan on buying the things I want though and heading home from the party early. I think Chad wants to get together tonight also, he is taking his oldest son to a get this- political party tonight for Rudy Giuliani- his son really wanted to go so he is taking him. Anyway I'm going to tell him if he wants to stop by after that he can but my butt won't be leaving the house once I'm home tonight!

Michelle- Sorry about your headache- the weather here yesterday was exactly what you have today! Today it is nice- my computer says it's 62, yesterday's high was 90 something! Storms came through last night.

Dana- Sorry you and your DH are fighting...anything major of just the normal BS fight stuff? I feel for you about the sleep- I know that I feel horrible since I haven't been sleeping and I just have myself to deal with, I can't imagine having to take care of a DH and 2 boys when I didn't get any sleep...ugh!

Well I will probably stop back by this evening to see if anyone is around, I hope to be home by 8 at the very lastest...we'll see!
 
Jen what is a Silpada party??? I didn't know that Chad had kids. How many does he have? DH & I were initially fighting b/c I wouldn't go to Wal-Mart with him. Seriously - how stupid is that? Then it escalated to other stuff. He left today to go to a race & won't be back til Sunday night so I did have an attitude.

Robin - Are you going to the Bloomsburg Fair? I"m taking Gabe tomorrow. I haven't been there in a few years.

Shelley - I forgot to tell you this. Please don't be upset but I just heard that Nickelback will not be releasing any new music for quite some time. They are burned out from 2 years of touring. Aww, too bad. Now if the radio stations would stop playing Rock Star. I absolutely HATE, HATE, HATE that song. HATE the video too.

I'm so happy that today is my last day of work til Monday. Hooray!!!!!
 
Hey Dana! I am on a conference call from now 2 until 3:30, UGH! At least the day will be over when I get off this call since i'm leaving at 4 for drinks!

Chad has 2 kids, 12 & 15... he is older, 11 years older than I am, he was married for 8 years I believe and has been divorced for 8 also... if I'm remembering correctly. I've always dated older guys but he is the oldest- Tim was 7 years older than I.

At least you were aruging over something stupid and not serious, right??? :)

Oh and Silpada is jewelry - I love it and that is the only thing I buy anymore, it's more expensive but it actually saves me b/c I don't even look at jewelry anywhere else now. Normally the lady just brings the book to work and I order like one or two things at a time but the lady asked her about having a "viewing party" and I told her to do it b/c I wanted to go so she decided to do!!
 
Jen I think one of the teachers that I work with buys Silpada. Do they have some turquoise pieces? She had a choker necklace with a turquoise charm on it. Very pretty.

I'm sorry about the big fight you had with your DH. I know exactly what you mean about fights starting out over something silly and then escalating (I'm a PRO at that :p), and I can see why it would bum you out that your DH is leaving for several days to go racing. When was the last time you got to take a few days off and away from the kids to have a little fun? Has your DH called since he left? He better call and talk pretty to you!:*

Jen - Chad took his mother to Italy, acted as your designated driver, gives you back rubs, cooks for you, AND he's a Republican!? Have I told you that I LOVE him!? He's my dream guy -- Oh wait -- I already have one of those :p . Just know this, if I wasn't already taken I'd give you a run for your money -- LMAO!!!

I hope you're feeling better. What 's going on with the Haters, for crying out loud! It seems like we're all tired and a bit under the weather.

Okey dokey - My new Leslie Sansone workout came today -- The 3 Mile Weight Loss Walk -- and I'm going to do it. I'll BBL if possible. :*

Michelle- Check your PM... let me know what you think! Yeah, I know I've told Jenny and my mom that he is WAY too nice for me as I'm a real pain in the butt. Not sure why he wants to put up with me, lol.

Dana- Yep, that is it. I have a lot of their stuff and it is such good quality, I'm addicted to it. :)

Hi haters.

Michele, Bloomsburg Fair artsy fartsy? Bwahahahaha. It's like a state fair kind of thing. Canned goods, cows, country music, big pumpkins, rabbits, funnel cake and hot sausage sandwiches.

Dana, DH and I are hoping to go tomorrow. It depends on the weather. Maybe we'll be like two ships passing in the night. I'm sorry about the fight.

Jenn, Chad does sound wonderful. I doubt if you are as big a pain in the butt as you think! Anyway, we like you!

I went to work today and it was rough. I was coughing and wheezy. So now I'm home and guess what I'm getting ready to do. Yup, a workout. Just some weights. Nothing too tough. I got Barry yesterday and previewed one of the DVD's. It looks tough, but might be too repetitive for me. I get bored easily.

OK, gotta go lift. Have a nice evening all.

Good Evening Haters.

Hope everyone is doing well.

To catch up: my porch won't be done til Oct. 3rd. My parents are doing well, my Dad is back home from the hospital and no overdoing it. And, I'm once again conversing with a guy from Match.com whom I talked with alot a year ago. Nick has a full time job plus he is a personal trainer too and lives not too far from me.

Seville and Madrid are doing well.

Yesterday, I had extreme sinus pressure. Me and my supervisor were NOT getting along. I apologized to her today. When it started raining last night, my pressure dropped so fast I just started crying/

Now, at work, I may have to act like a manager (one of them) for the weekend while they all leave. Time to step up to the plate.
