Good morning Haters!
What's everybody hating today? This will be a busy day for me. I'll be spending a big chunk of time in the kitchen making my homemade meatballs and tomato sauce. I have to make 2 pans of lasagna for dinner tomorrow and I like to break it down over a 2 day period, so I won't actually put the lasagna together until tomorrow.
DH should be home early tonight, especially since he didn't make it home last night. He started for home at around 10:30 PM but before he even left the parking garage someone paged him. By the time he dealt with that issue it was too late to bother coming home. http://www.millan.net/minimations/smileys/goodsigh2.gif . I just talked to him and at least he got some sleep.
I need to do a weight workout today -- it needs to be full body but I don't have 97 minutes so I won't be able to do Cathe's new one :-( . I probably won't have another opportunity to try it until next week. I can't wait because it looks really good http://www.millan.net/minimations/smileys/cheerleader3.gif
August - You haven't posted in awhile and I'm kind of worried about you. You posted something last week about your mom needing a "health checkup". Is everything okay with her? Are the squirrels okay? I miss you :*
Robin - It was so good to see a post from you last night
. We must've posted around the same time. I'm so sorry I missed you.
>Gosh I hate not being able to post at work. When I get home from work, I workout, then it's time to make dinner and by the time I get around to sitting in front of the computer, my brain is mush I my posts are dull and lifeless.
I can understand that, everything except the part about your posts being dull and lifeless. Dull isn't possible for you -- trust me on that http://www.millan.net/minimations/smileys/clown.gif
>I posted a nice long, interesting message here last night when I got home form my conference, but I noticed this morning that it wasn't here.
That's happened to me before, too. I can't figure it out. Well, sometimes my computer crashes in the middle of a post, but other times I hit "post message" and nothing -- my post is gone and I have no clue why. http://bestsmileys.com/clueless/1.gif http://bestsmileys.com/clueless/4.gif (I just love those little confused smilie guys)
That Brandywine River Museum looks like my kind of place.
>They had a delightful collection of children's illustrations, including a drawing of Winnie the Pooh by Sheppard and an ink drawing by Beatrix Potter.
I would LOVE to see that. Are these a part of their permanent collection?
If you had to go to a conference, I'm glad that it was interesting. There's just nothing in the whole world more boring than a dull conference.
I'm glad you loved Cathe's new step workout. I think I'll do them...on Eli
. No really -- I've watched many a cardio DVD from atop Eli. I previewed the LIS workout and I've already planned to do that one and come down off Eli for some of the blasts. That would be a blast, don't cha think!?
>Michele, what is your secret for cleaning up pumpkin colored cat puke?
I have some carpet cleaning stuff I found at Target. It does a pretty good job but I had to treat the pumpkin puke twice and it still left a faint stain behind. This is what I used. http://www.folexcompany.com/
Dana, Jen, Diane, Jennifer, Terri, and all - What's up for you guys today? Diane, what do your kitties think about Ella?
Caio for now. I'm going to peruse the OD forum for a minute before I get started on my meatballs. I'll BBL if I have time. :*
