Good morning Haters!

What's everybody hating today? This will be a busy day for me. I'll be spending a big chunk of time in the kitchen making my homemade meatballs and tomato sauce. I have to make 2 pans of lasagna for dinner tomorrow and I like to break it down over a 2 day period, so I won't actually put the lasagna together until tomorrow.

DH should be home early tonight, especially since he didn't make it home last night. He started for home at around 10:30 PM but before he even left the parking garage someone paged him. By the time he dealt with that issue it was too late to bother coming home. http://www.millan.net/minimations/smileys/goodsigh2.gif . I just talked to him and at least he got some sleep.

I need to do a weight workout today -- it needs to be full body but I don't have 97 minutes so I won't be able to do Cathe's new one :-( . I probably won't have another opportunity to try it until next week. I can't wait because it looks really good http://www.millan.net/minimations/smileys/cheerleader3.gif

August - You haven't posted in awhile and I'm kind of worried about you. You posted something last week about your mom needing a "health checkup". Is everything okay with her? Are the squirrels okay? I miss you :*

Robin - It was so good to see a post from you last night :) . We must've posted around the same time. I'm so sorry I missed you.

>Gosh I hate not being able to post at work. When I get home from work, I workout, then it's time to make dinner and by the time I get around to sitting in front of the computer, my brain is mush I my posts are dull and lifeless.

I can understand that, everything except the part about your posts being dull and lifeless. Dull isn't possible for you -- trust me on that http://www.millan.net/minimations/smileys/clown.gif

>I posted a nice long, interesting message here last night when I got home form my conference, but I noticed this morning that it wasn't here.

That's happened to me before, too. I can't figure it out. Well, sometimes my computer crashes in the middle of a post, but other times I hit "post message" and nothing -- my post is gone and I have no clue why. http://bestsmileys.com/clueless/1.gif http://bestsmileys.com/clueless/4.gif (I just love those little confused smilie guys)

That Brandywine River Museum looks like my kind of place.
>They had a delightful collection of children's illustrations, including a drawing of Winnie the Pooh by Sheppard and an ink drawing by Beatrix Potter.

I would LOVE to see that. Are these a part of their permanent collection?

If you had to go to a conference, I'm glad that it was interesting. There's just nothing in the whole world more boring than a dull conference.

I'm glad you loved Cathe's new step workout. I think I'll do them...on Eli :p . No really -- I've watched many a cardio DVD from atop Eli. I previewed the LIS workout and I've already planned to do that one and come down off Eli for some of the blasts. That would be a blast, don't cha think!?

>Michele, what is your secret for cleaning up pumpkin colored cat puke?

I have some carpet cleaning stuff I found at Target. It does a pretty good job but I had to treat the pumpkin puke twice and it still left a faint stain behind. This is what I used. http://www.folexcompany.com/

Dana, Jen, Diane, Jennifer, Terri, and all - What's up for you guys today? Diane, what do your kitties think about Ella?

Caio for now. I'm going to peruse the OD forum for a minute before I get started on my meatballs. I'll BBL if I have time. :*

Thanks for the folex tip. I'll look for it around here. Someday we hope to replace the smelly, stained carpet with hardwood floors. My only issue with that is what will it do to my workouts/what will my workouts do to it?

I hope you get time to enjoy the birthday party since you put so much work into it. I don't make lasagna for special occasions, because my lasagna is mediocre at best. But my sausage stuffed shells are always a hit. Oops, back to work....

Hey there Robin! I think most places like Target and Wal-Mart carry Folex.

>my sausage stuffed shells are always a hit.

Mmmmmm -- I haven't had stuffed shells in forever! I'll bet the sausage stuffing you put in shells would be great in your lasagna!

I don't make lasagna very often because it's a big pain the the arse -- lol! I wouldn't be making it now except that I had a special request for it. The secret to good lasagna, IMHO, is to make the sauce a day or two ahead of time so it has time to develop the flavor. Of course, nowadays people just use sauce from a jar, but my mom and grandma would turn in their graves if I did that ;).

Dana, when is your getaway trip?

Jen, how's your cold? Are you feeling any better today?

I truly need to skedaddle. I'll see ya later :*

Yeah, I'm a jar kind of girl. I guess I could open the jar a day or two ahead. LOL.

Afternoon chick-a-dees!!!! So Michele - you did not do a new workout? I would like to try one tonight - right now I've got a mother of a headache. Not sure which one I"ll try though. Good Lord I'm so out of shape right now I probably won't even last through one.

Last night when I got the DVD and got out the Cathe Catalog, I the added up the costs off all the Cathe DVD's that I own. And it came to something like $1034??? You should've seen my DH's face drop. And I don't even own all of them. Hey, he spends more money on his car so he should just be quiet!!!

Robin - so nice to "see" you!!!! I'm going to Hershey on Nov 3rd. I'm excited. Hoping to get some Christmas shopping done.

Where is everyone else today???

Better get back to work.

P.S. I use jarred sauce too!!!!

Hey you haters! Sorry I've been MIA- been busy and still not feeling 100%. I woke up about 2AM & I didn't think there was anyway I'd be at work today but when I woke up about 5:30 I felt pretty good so I am here. I am a crab today though, LOL!

I had a hair appointment last night so then Jenny and I went and had 2 drinks after that. Chad thought he'd be back in town around 7 but didn't get back until after 9 so I went home and did some cleaning. His grandma is 90 & lives about 1 1/2 hours from her (actually about 15 min from where my sis goes to school) & he is the closest relative so he does a lot for her & is over there at least 2-3 times/month & takes her to all her doctor's appointments... Michele-does this give him more brownie points?!?! :)

I am working until 4 today then going home to do Tone It Up, B&G floor glute work, and BM2 upper body then showering and supposed to be at Chad's around 6-6:30- he is going to feed me! :9

Tomorrow night meeting Tara & Jenny around 4:30 for appetizers & a drink and then will either probably go to Chad's or have him meet us for a little while and grab a bite to eat. Saturday Chad & I may be going to Charleston, IL- EIU is there to watch the homecoming football game, not 100% sure yet- we should figure it out tonight...

I'm already tired thinking about the next few days...how are all my haters doing?

Hello Haters.
Today has been a good day for me. Got my 4 Day Split and it's nice out. Not 100% of feeling better but did LIC yesterday and want to keep going.

Seville and Madrid haven't given me any more love gifts lately.

Have a Great Night.
