***H*A*T*E*** 10/10

Hello! I am here, still not feeling 100% but better, my stomach is just still off a little. I did do Shape It Up last night and did B&G this morning b/c I woke up at 5AM wide awake. I am going to do BM2 Upper body tonight and maybe Kickbox Cardio- but not sure about that it'll depend on how I feel once I get home from the store.

Michele- I stayed home last night so no Chad hasn't been taking care of me. :( He had his boys last night though so I am okay with that! ;) I don't think he's in a very good mood today- he doesn't get grumpy really but he had to go back to the doc in St. Louis today that did his shoulder surgery about 5 months ago and found out he may have to go back in for another surgery to fix a tendon, it's been bothering him lately more than I think he wants to admit... :( I feel bad for him.

AUGUST- I LOVE the pictures, they are SO cute!!! Thank you for sharing and the perch you for them looks HUGE! How tall is it?

Shelley- How have you been?

Dana- Hey!

Okay, I'll BBL
I sent this to Dana via e-mail so thought I'd share: :)

This sounds really good to me… I don’t like blue cheese but Hidden Valley Fat free Ranch dressing is awesome tasting so making it with that and fat free shredded mozzarella cheese would be good and healthier. I also can’t tell a difference in the fat free cream cheese in stuff like this so I think I am going to try this sometime soon!

Michele - my wedding anniversary is October 27th. We won't be going away. Probably will do the same thing we did last year - go to RED LOBSTER. I love that place. :)

I just finished my workout and now I feel like I'm going to puke. I was fine until about half way through the workout when I started to feel tired but I managed to finish and even go heavier with my weights. In retrospect that was probably a mistake -- at least for tonight. Live and learn I guess ;) . I finished with one of Cathe's ball stretches on the Total Body Stretch DVD.

I haven't had dinner yet and I don't even feel hungry now.

Jen - OMG I hope Chad's shoulder is okay. It would be terrible if he had to endure another surgery. I'll say a little prayer for the nice man who took his mom to Italy. Surely I'm old enough to be his mother :p .

My DH might like your recipe, but it doesn't contain any of the 3 things I like -- LMAO!! Actually, I can't eat hot sauce but my DH POURS it on everything  . I really don't even like the smell of it.

Dana, how many years have you been married? Your anniversary is coming right up!!

I better eat something. I have some bean soup but I'm not in the mood for it at all. I'll have to scrounge around for something else. Maybe I'll make an egg sammy :9

G'night little Haters :*
