Gymstyle Rotation question

Is it OK to do the Gymstyle Back, Biceps and Shoulders workout one day and then do the Chest and triceps the next day or would this be overtraining b/c of the overlap some exercises have?

I think it is OK< but you could leave one whole day between them to be on the safe side because chest always pre-fatigues the shoulders and that could interfere with you getting a good shoulder w/o, especially considering the 3,000,000 push ups that begin the chest w/o!

Hi Debbie! You'll have to see how your muscles feel. If they're very sore to the touch, then no I wouldn't advise you do another strength training session. You'll have to give your muscles a rest. If, however, your muscles are just a little sore, then sure go ahead. HTH, Kathy:D
