the days i work,which is sales floor, my feet are sore and i am too tired to work out.morning workouts will not workout for me. so, the next day i miss doing the cardio and need to work on my legs. i end up doing power circuit,circuit max,or body max. because of that, i have not done gymstle legs or legs&glutes yet.

Not Cathe, but I personally like to do kickboxing after working legs. It really seems to prevent the soreness and stiffness. I suggest following up your leg workout with KPC or Kickmax. Give it a try and see how it works for you.

Hi Laura! You can try Gym Style Legs along with my "Cardio and Weights" step tape (the weights portions are brief and consist of upper body to give your fatigued legs more rest time while you continue to work hard). Or you could do half of my Maximum Intensity Cardio tape (either the step or hi/lo impact section). Take Care~
 
excellent ideas! i have thought of doing half hour cardio like ctx(ones with kb ofcourse),mic,and,bodymax,and premixes- just wasnt sure which ones were ok after doing legs.
