I like the concept of working one body part per day. And I'd like to use both the GS and the SH series together. Would it be too much to do them both on the same day working the same muscle group? For example, could you do GS Biceps and SH Biceps only or is that too much for the muscle?

I'm looking for the best way to workout for the next 6 weeks to look the best I can for a family wedding. I would also add cardio, about 30-40 minutes each day.
