Ladies, these DVDs have been staring at me (pointing and laughing) since I got them at the beginning of this year. I'm done with a PS rotation, after that I'm doing a S&H rotation for 2 weeks, and then I'm going to be brave and I'll start a GS rotation. I just don't know how long should I do them. My PS rotations usually go anywhere from 6-12 weeks depending on how high I want to lift and my S&H rotations are always short (usually 2 weeks). How long do you use your GS Series in rotation?
