Ok Cathe, I think you out did yourselve on this one. I just completed this workout yesterday and I am extremly sore. How in the heck can anyone do those plie squats( and so many at that). When you said " Okay 15 total" I just about died!! This was the workout that I dreaded the most because I hate leg exercises. But I have to say this is probably going to be my favorite of this series. I am really enjoying this series in its entirety. Thank you for producing it!! I am hoping that this will help reach my goal of losing those last 20 lbs. Love, Chap
 
Yep I LOVE this one! I think this will be my favorite one! I so hope to get further definition from this workout!:)
