I did Gym Style Legs day before yesterday and had DOMS yesterday in my calves and today I can hardly walk. After sitting a while, I get up and I limp around until the muscles behind my knees stretch out and then I can walk. Man alive. I knew those calf raises where killers because it's happened before. I even took it easy and this still happened. I shouldn't lay off Gym Style workouts for so long. Sure lets you know what muscles you aren't working. Gonna do it again as soon as my muscles allow, lol.
