Gym Style Legs - can't walk

I did Gym Style Legs day before yesterday and had DOMS yesterday in my calves and today I can hardly walk. After sitting a while, I get up and I limp around until the muscles behind my knees stretch out and then I can walk. Man alive. I knew those calf raises where killers because it's happened before. I even took it easy and this still happened. I shouldn't lay off Gym Style workouts for so long. Sure lets you know what muscles you aren't working. Gonna do it again as soon as my muscles allow, lol.
 
Sorry to interrupt.. but I have a stupid beginner question.

I've seen "DOMS" several times in various threads. I can't for the life of me figure out what that means :eek: help !!! and thanks...

I shouldn't lay off Gym Style workouts for so long. Sure lets you know what muscles you aren't working. Gonna do it again as soon as my muscles allow, lol.

Yikes!:eek: I've got it on my schedule for tomorrow so I can have a rest day after. I haven't done it in ages, either. I'll be feeling your pain very soon.;)
 
I LOVE GYM STYLE LEGS!!!! I've been doing it twice a week for 2 months now as part of a GYM STYLE rotation! It's amazing how brutal it is (especially the slow lunges with the light weights!)! I love what is happening to my legs with this workout! I've noticed MUCH higher jumping when I do cardio w/o like Step Blast, Itensity, and HiiT....:eek:
 
I did GS Standing Legs Wednesday night and I still can't walk properly my inner thighs are screaming of course the 2 and 3 mile walks I went on with DD haven't helped either.
 
Gym Style Legs is so DOMS-inducing that sometimes I do the 32-min. premix because I'm too chicken to do the whole thing!!! :p
