Gym Style BSB Premix

workout junkie

Cathlete
I've done the BSB workout as is. I also did the Back and Bicep premix, then the shoulders. I really liked doing it that way, especially because I didn't have to save all that dreaded bicep work for the end. It was nice to alterntate it with the back work. I found I could go heavier that way too.

Does anyone know of any advantages or disadvantages to doing the B/B premix then shoulders as opposed to the workout as is? I want to make sure I'm maximizing my workout and not making it easier.

Thanks,
Melissa

What's a *BB* and a *BSB?*

BB is Back and Biceps and BSB is for Back Shoulders and Biceps.

Melissa,

I do not see anything wrong with doing Back and Bicep premix and then shoulders.

thanks Bev, did I tell you I love your pictures. You look so cheerful and happy and make you wanna just do it. I see a lot of people like that ass in the air pose with the fit ball. That looks like it takes a lot of power and strenght to control the two. Which DVD is that on so I won't get that one yet. LOL.

tytbody,

Hi! Thanks for the compliment. Those pikes on the ball are in Pyramid Upper Body (PUB), Kick Punch and Crunch (KPC) and Core Max.
It takes a little practice to get them, but they definetely strengthen the core and I even call them fun now... }(

Have a great day!
