To all who told me to buy Gym Style series, Thank you! I done the back, shoulders and biceps....great workout!

Shelley, curious how you're feeling after your gym style workout Sunday?}( Can you move today?
 
Tina! I'm so glad you're loving the Gym Styles. I love BSB. Those concentration curls are awesome and make me feel very strong.

And about the marathon... I went for a massage on Saturday (first one ever) and I was in so much pain after that I couldn't sleep on Saturday night. There was no way I could have done that much upper body work yesterday. So I'll do it in two weeks (can't do it next weekend as my daughter will be home).

Yes, the concentration curls got me. I was being all big and bad and thought I'd go with 20lb.x( That lasted for the first set LOL

Maybe I can get my other dvds and do this w/you in a couple weeks. Which other ones were you going to do? The triceps & chest? Was there another one?

I'd love to have a good massage...never had one!:-(
 
Well, believe me, I'll never have another one. I didn't like it at all.

I was going to do Chest and Triceps and Legs, as well as BSB.

I do the very slow set of concentration curls with 15s, and then use 20s for the faster set (3 up 1 down).
