Gym-Like workout/Sculpting Videos

Im a new mom and a regular exerciser. Prior to having my baby I worked out,in the gym, 6 days a week with 2-3 days dedicated to weights, so Im fairly Intermediate (level-wise). I really miss the gym but dont know when I can get back in there so in the meantime Im looking for awesome Cathe videos which will carve my now atrophied muscles. Yuck, Im all mushy!!!!!!
The cardio is under control for now. I take Isbella out for 3 mile walks everyday and for now that satisfies me.
I've heard tons about the PS series and MIS.
which tapes will sculpt the most?
 
MIS/PS

Honestly, I think they both do a fine job in their own way. If you like total body workouts then go with MIS(75 minutes), and if you like shorter workouts that only focus on a few muscle groups at a time, then go with PS series(the 2 upper body tapes are approx. 45 minutes and the leg tape is approx. 60 minutes). Also, the reps and speed are a little faster on MIS than PS. If you are able to get MIS and the PS series, then I would do so since not only will you be able to take advantage of the quantity discount but you will have more workout variety. If that is not possible right now, then I would get MIS since you will atleast be covering all major muscle groups during your strength workouts. Hope this helps!
