Gunnar Peterson's core secrets

Has anyone tried Gunnar's core workouts? I just got it and it came with a new stability ball, when I blew it up I realized it is much bigger than the Wal-Mart's ball, and feels alot better. Going to start it tomorrow.
 
I have them, and like them alot. I haven't used the ball that comes with it, because I already have 2 blown up, so I just use one of those (55 cm.)

I did "Bun battle" and "Ab assaut" last night. One thing I find about these workouts is that the more you do them, the more you can focus on the specific muscles being used, and the more you feel it (I've got DOMS in my abs this morning). I also add reps by starting the moves while Gunnar is still demoing them (something that is nice on first viewing, but if you know the moves already, it's a bit unnecessary, but it does give you time to get in those extra reps, because with most exercises, Gunnar only does 8 or 10 reps.

I also make the moves more challenging by keeping my feet close together when I'm seated on the ball or lying on the ball, and lifting one foot off the floor when I can safely do so when sitting on the ball.

I also like the full-body workouts, which have some interesting functional moves in, like 1-leg deadlifts or lunges, with one shin on the ball.
