guilt-free dessert

I just made it. So yummy!

2 cups of fat free farmers cheese
1 cup of fresh berries
1/2 cup of eggbeater
splenda

Mixed them well, and bake it for about 30-40 min on 350. I also sprinkled some crunched Special K on the top before baking, so it really looks like dessert. Mari
 
I just had a snack that could be a dessert: 3/4 cup tofu vanilla pudding mixed in 2 cups of fresh fruit salad. YUM!

I'm not sure what you mean. Do you mean 3/4 cup tofu mixed with 1 package of vanilla pudding with the fresh fruit?

Mine is sugar free jello with fat free cool whip on it... 1 cup of jello and 4 tbsp of fat free cool whip is about 60 calories.... Rhonda

No, I buy a vanilla pudding mix by Mori-NU that you mix with a block of tofu (you could also find a recipe for tofu vanilla pudding starting with tofu and adding vanilla, probably salt, some water).

I put 1/2 of the fruit salad in a bowl, cover with a glob of tofu vanilla pudding, add the rest of the fruit, and another glob of pudding. (then I kind of stir it all together).
