Hi there Cathe,

I am just curious - because I am such a huge fan and use your workouts almost religiously. Are these workouts representative of how you and the crew (Jay Loraine, Etc.,)stay in such good shape? or do you do heavy weight training several days and mix it up with cardio? I am really curious about yours and the crews regular workout routines.
