GS and a full body workout

Has anyone ever done GS or S&H and thrown in a full body workout at the end of the week? what were your results? i was thinking of doing this:
monday: GS chest and tris, 30 min cardio
tuesday: Legs, abs
wednesday: back, bi's, shoulders, 30 min cardio
thrusday: cardio only, abs
friday: circuit or full body
sat, sun off
 
That is usually the way that I do the GS workouts. I combine them with some cardio (using the classes that I teach as cardio, mostly) and then throw in a full body or circuit workout later in the week. I usually find this to be very effective for a good week of workouts with a double hit on all muscle groups.

Here's the way that I'd normally do it.

M - GS Bis & Back PM - One hour step class w/core
T - GS Legs
W - GS Tri & chest PM - One hour step class w/core
T - cardio (usually kickbox)
F - Power Hour or MIS or Muscle Max
S - cardio
S - rest
