Oh Lori, I had to laugh reading your post. As of today, I have started weaning myself off. I'm drinking green tea with my meals, and alternating between a glass of water and and glass of diet coke the rest of the day. Here's hoping I can stick with it. After a week of this, I'll do two glasses of water to one coke. I haven't noticed any change in my energy level today. I stopped smoking cold turkey almost 4 years ago, so if I can do that, surely I have enough will power to do this. What does it do to your bones?
