greatest hits premixes?

Hello, Would anyone happen to know the premixes found on Cathe's Greatest Hits Vol 1 DVD? I am hoping there may be some premixes that are suitable for an intermediate exerciser. Thank you in advance :)

If your looking for intermediate, the premix with no IMAX 2 will probably fit you. But I'm not sure how intermediate your looking for because the Drill max has plyo jacks and the the challenge for Athletic training in this dvd is not intermediate. But I would say, leave out the IMAX 2 for less challenging workout. Hope this helps.

Hi Kim,
Thank you for your help! I believe you helped me with my last thread :). When you mentioned the challenge for athletic training, are you referring to the section from Athletic Step? Perhaps for now I'll try the step only portion of Body Max 2 and Step Blast. Mind you the choreography in Step Blast does look a little tricky....but so much fun!

I'm sorry, yes I meant Athletic Step. I had just done Athletic training earlier, so that was still on my mind. The step from step jump and pump is pretty easy to get (IMO). I did the great hits once so far but none of the premixes. It moves from one to the next very easily.

Thank you Kim!!! I let you know how I do with Step Blast...I'm planning to purchase the download to avoid shipping charges and those darn Custom and Duty fees :). Enjoy your athletic training!

Step blast is one of my all time fav steps from Cathe along with Intensity. But her 2 new ones are really growing on me more now that I've done them a few times now. Have fun with it. Hope it goes well for you.

Thank you Kim..I'm looking forward to Step Blast! I watched the video clip for Intensity and it looks very...intense :). I may need a few years to work up to that one! You must be in awesome shape! Good for you!
