Greatest Hits Clip

The greatest hits clip is up!!! It seems to have step from 6 different workouts. I'm glad to see the compound weights from Cardio & Weights, for a little added bonus. We must be getting closer to the ship date now, maybe a week or 2 would be great. Plus, I love all the premixes listed.

I cannot wait for this video. I was really hoping her greatest hits would be step since I love step and step is what got me started with my love of exercise (I still have my original hot pink/purple buns of steel step 2000 stepper!)

The good news is I do the videos she used on a regular basis, so no learning frustrations for me. I am also pleased to see drill max. I don't think that video gets the love it deserves - it seems to get lost amongst the other cardio videos.

I was hoping to see Imax3 (my 1st, and favorite, cathe video), but if I put all my favorites in her greatest hits, it would be a 15 hour video. Now that would be 'steady state cardio'.

I agree, I would have loved to see more from her older step workouts. But I think they are just too long. Her older step, each combo seemed to be 15 mins. long. But I think they could have tried to include part of the challenge from either Rythmic step or step blast, which is my fav. next to intensity. But I think it will still be a fun workout.

How we made our new Greatest Hits workout

There are probably a million different ways we could have made the Greatest Hits workout, but we wanted this to be a DVD that you would not only watch but also actually do. Taking small pieces from too many workouts would probably have made a workout that was too disjointed and hard to follow.

Also we would have loved to have included sections from workouts like Step N Motion 1 and Power Max which certainly deserve "greatest hits' status, but the technology used to film these workouts was not the greatest and because the masters were recorded on tape they are bound to have a lot of damage from solar radiation and other factors by now.

In making of the Greatest Hits vol 1 one of the many things we based our selections on was the music. We wanted a step workout that put a smile on your face and would be something you would look forward to doing time and time again. Still, there are many great workouts that we didn't include this time, but perhaps they will make it our next Greatest Hits release.

The clip did make me smile & I am really looking forward to it because I love step. It also made me pull out Step Blast yesterday & Rhythmic Step today!!:D
