Hi! I just wanted to say that I have the all step tape and I love it! I have been working out for 2 years now and have done alot of different workouts and a lot of different ab works. I have never felt my abs the way I do after doing this work out. My friend also loves the Cathe workouts, she has more than I do. We have been talking about coming to your gym to take a class since we live in Philly. Like I said, I have been working out for 2 years and went from a size 12 (after having 2 kids) to a size 4, but I definitely saw results after doing the all step. My problem area is, of course, the abs. I am ordering the Ab Hits and would like to order more with each payday. If you have any suggestions on what other workouts are best for this "trouble" area I would love to hear them. Thanks!
