Great way to do HSTA

Hi Ladies,

I tried this workout last night. It was a nice change and felt great!!

I remember reading this post..and Wed I decided to try it..but I must have been confused..LOL here is what I ended up doing..

Warm up
All cardio premix 3 times back to back
Then the cardio and lower body premix 2 times back to back
Cool down

Then yesterday I did:
Warm up
Cardio premix x2
Upper body and cardio premix x1
Muscle max abs
Cool down.

I thoroughly agree, Sandra is the bomb!:) This mish mosh is a gem!
