Need help calculating nutritional/caloric needs, figuring out your THR, ideal weight, body fat or even calculating your pace (runners) check out the Windy City Sports website at www.windycitysportsmag.com Its the easiest calculator I've found so far. I especially love the nutritional needs calculator as it breaks down caloric needs to 40% carb, 30% protein and 30% fat . . . sounds familiar its the Zone. Enjoy!
