GREAT results with WW Core :)

Hello everyone:

I posted earlier in the summer re my daughter and her signing up for WW Core. I'm happy to report she lost 20 lbs this summer. Core plan is great (a lot like clean eating) unlike flex you chose from allowed foods - no sugar, white flour and no juice.

While my son and I aren't trying to lose weight we are eating so much healthier (lots of fresh veggies, salads etc) and grains like bulgar, brown rice, tabole, couscous.

Anyhow I'm so proud and wanted to let everyone know what a great program it is.

I concur. The core plan works. It's far better than counting points and healthier by default since certain foods are not allowed but anything goes (within your points range of course) with the points system. I'd recommend it anyone.
