Great results (lower body) after 4 weeks using BB

Hey!

I just finished 4 weeks of doing BB and am happy to report, I've gotten great results on lower body (butt and upper thighs).

I'm not sure if it was any one tape that did it - think more the combination but I can see hamstring and quad definition... LOT less of the jiggly stuff! I'm 5 2 112 (size 2 - 3) so didn't have a huge amount to go. My teenagers actually have commented so that really shows it's REALLY working!! Funny I have one pair of really small pants (don't we all) and tried them on yesterday and they fit great!


Anyhow I know a bunch of you are waiting for the DVDs, so wanted to let you know it's worth the wait!

How did you work them? I am considering doing a one body part per day rotation but I am interesting in hearing a bit more about your rotation.

what worked for me was just doing the BB tapes exclusively.

Personally I tend not to be a big rotation person (more the mood of the day). THe first week I did all but step blast and then did all 6 for the next few weeks. I'd do a strength (push and pull, super set, legs and glute) followed by cardio the next day (S,J &P, K,P &C, or step blast). Push and Pull was great for days when I didnt have much time (I think it's 41 mins or so).

My favorite is Step, Jump, and Pump... music is WONDERFUL, its a very tough workout. THe first day I did the Kick, Punch and Crunch, it seemed pretty easy but now that I've got it down its a very intense workout.

Its great to hear you are seeing some good results w/ lower body using BB. Congratulations on your progress!

I was curious on what the series is doing for your upper body and core regions.. are you seeing any changes there as well?
