foil line a baking sheet [so u don't have to wash it] place a tilapia fillet on it. Top with Muir Glen organic medium salsa. Bake at 400 degrees. Top w/ avacacodo last five minutes [just to heat them up]. Yum! Quick, easy, cheap, healthy, and I didn't have to wash a pan or stand over the stove. It's a good day!!!

Another one - same concept. Piece of salmon, glaze periodically through cooking with Ginger People Sweet Ginger Chili sauce. Amazing!!! (available at Whole Foods, some other stores and www.gingerpeople.com)

It depends on the fillet size. This one was quite large. My guess would be for the average tillapia fillet fifteen to eighteen minutes at 400 degrees. It's only a guess.

Sounds yummy can't wait to try it.

>I tried that last week and mine came out soggy. What did I do
>wrong?
Did you cook at a high heat? Tillapia has a lot of water content which is why I like to cook at a higher heat. Sometimes I'll go to 425 degrees.

I wonder if you could set it on paper towels before cooking to draw some moisture out like you do tofu?
