Does anyone know the reason for the party wreath (I guess that's what that is) on the Google name?

I think it might be a pinata, as opposed to a wreath. Doesn't it look like it has candy falling out of it to you?

With a lot of web pages, the programmers put in an "ALT" tag on the pictures so that if you hover over a picture you can get a description.
