That's great Wonderwoman, more time to workout to Cathe and focus more on you, since your kids are growing up. I'm embracing 40 as well. I just started working out to Cathe in 2011 and am kicking myself b/c I didn't try her workouts sooner. Previously I was doing P90X and TurboFire. Oh well, I should be in awesome shape by 50. My goal is to be as fit and strong as Cathe someday ;-). Thanks Beth for the Birthday wish. PRS2 is so fun just keep practicing and you'll get it soon. Then you'll have a blast with the premixes. I just got done preordering Cathe's new ones. I couldn't have asked for a better B-day present.
