I am making an order from Amazon and I have 2 of Jillians workouts. I need to get to $25 for the free shipping. I want to get a good yoga DVD. Any suggestions?

Ugh please forgive me. I am finally venturing out from the pregnancy area and I didn't realize this was only for cathe DVDs. I need to read first.. then post. Sorry!

that's okay! but fyi...a few yoga dvds are anything by Gaiam and anything with Suzanne Deason for beginners and Rodney Yee for intermediate to advanced. I'm a yoga instructor and a big fran of anything Gaiam. Check out Youtube.com to watch video clips of lots of yoga dvds. Just type in words like, "beginner yoga" or "mommy and me yoga" or "prenatal yoga" and you'll get lots of good clips so you know which one you would like.

Thank you! I have done a few yoga DVDs before. I would def. be beginner. I workout tons, but just never really have done yoga more than a time or two here and there. Thanks for your suggestions!
