<--- agrees that the Wal*Mart thing is crazed but doesn't really have much choice and will try to go at dinner when it's more quiet
<--- had a cup of mixed cereal with a banana and soy milk and a slice of soy/flax toast with a bit of pb and rest of banana for breakfast
<--- has never had Grape Nuts
<--- loves the peace and quiet first thing in the morning
<--- is off to the hustle and bustle of work now
<--- wonders if she will hit 4000 posts by the end of the week
