Good morning show diet

Has anyone watched this.
Al is is on a 20 lb loss in 8 weeks.
I bought the burn the fat feed the muscle book. It has the same properties. Eat 5 or 6 small meals a day.Also and of course exercise.
Breakfast 300 cal , 100 ca snack, . .
It also incorporates lean cusines and smoothies for a fast lunch. I am trying this. I go sometimes all day with no food, so i am packing lunches and snacks.
Even if it is a couple hard boiled eggs , small salad, or can of soup.
Let yo know how this goes. I have 20 to go and i think my not eating is killing my diet.
Most skinny people are constantly eating aren't they!!!

I have seen it on the, "Today Show" with Al. Sounds like it will work well for you. You gotta feed your body if you want to lose weight and get strong.
