I have been working out with Cathe for 8+ years now and I thought I had reached a point where I wouldn't be scared anymore. Always impressed and very satisified, but never scared. HA!
In Disc 1 - second to the last exercise (reverse dumbell curls) Cathe begins to explain just exactly what we are getting ready to do. Right before the count starts for the first rep Cathe says "GOOD LUCK".
I have heard "be careful what you wish for" "at times this exercise really kicks it up a notch" "who's feeling it" "grunting noises" I have even witness stalling in some workouts but NEVER "GOOD LUCK". When Cathe says these phrases I feel like I had just been caught with my hand in the cookie jar and I am about to get in a heap of trouble.
I wanted to drop my hand weights and run for the hills once I heard those words cross Cathe's lips. I am sure I muttered out something foul too. But while Cathe is wishing us good luck the camera is on Jai and from what I saw she was thinking what I was thinking and glad at least that I was wished good luck.YIKES!!!!
