it is so funny that you mentioned thinking of imax intervals on the uphills because i just started running again, and i do that same thing. i say to myself "this is nothing compared to interval 9's blast from imax 2" and i am able to make it up no sweat...
sorry, i didn't mean to hijack, just thought that was neat that we were using the same mental technique on the hills.
