Anyone who has been able to achieve their goals and maintain them for years, can you recommend some good informational books regarding good diet and nutrition? I know that one size doesn't fit all so I'd thought I'd try to get several ideas on books, not just one. I'm very close to my goals I can almost see it but I'm not quite there and I know it has to do with diet. For instance how much protein can the body handle in one sitting? Does it just depend on your size or if your beginning a workout, ending a workout? If you just finished a workout, should you just have one scoop of protein or if your trying to build muscle can you have two scoops? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
