Snow ball cookies:
Grind in food processor 2 cups almonds (preferably raw, soaked 8-12 hours, then rinsed) and 1 1/2 cups of your choice of dried fruit (cut into small pieces). Roll 'dough'into balls then roll in shredded unsweetened coconut. You can also add coco powder, vanilla extract, use different nuts (walnuts or pecans).
