good for you cookie

I think if you search the forum there was a recipe posted for a breakfast cookie. It was mainly made with oatmeal but some of the ideas added funky flavors like orange cranberry and cinnamon.
The blueberry protein pancake recipe on here I usually bag and eat as cookies as well.

Snow ball cookies:
Grind in food processor 2 cups almonds (preferably raw, soaked 8-12 hours, then rinsed) and 1 1/2 cups of your choice of dried fruit (cut into small pieces). Roll 'dough'into balls then roll in shredded unsweetened coconut. You can also add coco powder, vanilla extract, use different nuts (walnuts or pecans).
