Good eating Tues June 13

Well yesterday wasn't bad except for the graham cracker with PB and nutella I had late last night. I knew I shouldn't have it but I did anyways.

I've already started out on the wrong foot today. DD made a chocolate cake for a party at school. She frosted it last night while it was still warm and it looked pretty bad. So I helped her fix it this morning and just had to have some of that chocolate frosting, I mean I couldn't just let it go to waste, could I??

Oh well, I have a whole day to make up for it.
 
Last night wasn't the greatest, but we had turkey tacos. I only use salsa and lettuce and a little cheese, no sour cream. They were really good. But I ended it with that, no snacks.
I have had a whole wheat/grain english muffin with some PB on it for breakfast. I am not sure where PB falls when it comes to clean diet. I like it for the protein, but I know it is high in fat. I try to keep it a little amount.
I am planning on salad for dinner, probably with some tuna in it. Not sure for lunch, maybe some turkey breast in a whole wheat pita.
I did not buy any soda yesterday.
Do any of you like crystal light? Love that stuff, that is how I get my water in, except during actual exercise, then it is plain water.

Don't worry about the frosting! We deserve a treat once in awhile, in moderation!!!

Yesterday there was an ice cream social at school and I think I was the only one who didn't partake. I can avoid eating in social situations, it is alone where I blow it.
But yesterday since I didn't work out, I knew I couldn't afford any more calories so I did good. Except that I didn't fit into the clothes that I want to fit into, but I figured that was going to take two months anyway. Patience, patience.
 
You'll get there Tallchick! Hey, no way could I say no to ice cream!
I just had a salad with tuna for dinner, and the other 1/2 of that pita bread thing!
Feeling pretty good. I had a bowl (dry) of Kashi GoLean Crunch for a snack that was really good!
