Good eating challenge

I am hoping there are others out there like me regarding eating. I work out religiously and then I go and eat some junk. Why????

I want to propose a challenge/check in where the next day after working out and eating we tell all and support each other in clean eating. I mean, all would be perfect if I (us) could just stop giving into temptation!
Anyone game?

I'm game! I've been eating cleaner than I ever, ever, ever have in my whole life these last three weeks on BFFM.

Are you thinking to post your foods?
 
OMG August, I laughed sooo hard when I read your post. Yeah, I do think my head has lost it. Well, my thighs lost it years ago so I think it is time for my head.
Maybe post food, maybe just what you ate to ruin your good eating. Whatever, you know support to those of us who are really trying their best. I was such a good eater in my 30's....what happened???

I'll check in with you too. I workout 5 if not 6 days a week and then end up eating "not clean" and feel like the workouts were for nothing! I'll eat clean all week then blow it on the weekend. I plan to induldge at times but end up going overboard and then am kicking myself. It's pathetic.

Maybe if we tell each other what we're eating or ate that was bad we'll see the pattern and it will make it easier to stop doing it so much! Stopping it all together would be wonderful!

So far, it is just us three. Well, good, look at us, we are going to make the effort to be good eaters and I am proud of us. Do not go into the kitchen, Kate, stay out of the cupboards.........see, I am doing better already with the support of our challenge. We Can do this!!!
 
I'm still working on how to eat clean, nevermind perfecting it, but this sounds like a great way to get me moving in the right direction.

I generally eat lots of unprocessed fruits and veggies, and grilled proteins. Occassionally I indulge in pasta and pizza and bad stuff. My downfall is that I love sweets. Every day I have a fat free sugar free pudding (probably not allowed right?) and one or two cookies that I make with Fiber One cereal and an entire bag of chocolate chips (I highly doubt that's allowed).

If you three don't mind my asking lots of questions as I get the hang of it, I'd love to join in.
 
Oh, Gymmom, I love sweets too. I could eat nothing but candy, pie and ice-cream. I feel your pain!
Hopefully, since we will have divulge all dirty eating secrets, this will keep up honest. Hard it will be, but I hate guilt.
