Good Cathe step learning tape

I recently purchased the CTX series and was not prepared for Cathe's advanced choerography (sp?). Now I am having a real hard time since it appears many steps were taught in her previous videos. Which tape would be most helpful for me to learn Cathe's style?

I would say either Step Heat, the Wedding Video or MegaStepBlast. I have all of her step tapes except StepJam and StepMax. I havent done StepWorks yet so I cant comment on that one either. Hope this helps.

I own all of Cathe's tapes except StepJam and StepMax. I think either StepHeat, The Wedding Video or MegaStepBlast would be good tapes to learn her style. The tempo of the tapes are a bit slower and easier to follow along. Hope this helps.

Just want to say that I don't think The Wedding Video is a good one to learn Cathe's style.. Yes, the tempo is slower, but the choreography is so simple that I don't think it really would do anything to help you learn her other stuff. That's the only "easy" Cathe tape I own, so I can't say anything about the other tapes that were suggested. The Wedding Video just seems so completely differnent frome the other tapes I have--its a pretty intense video considering the not-too-challenging choreography, but I just don't think it helps with learning her harder stuff...
My suggestion is to get any of cathe's tapes and just preview, and do them without a step the first few times so you can concentrate on the choreography without getting so winded from the intensity.

I would say Step Heat and Step Max

Then again, some of the CTX moves are 1st taught in Step Fit and Step Jam too . . . heck, with the quantity discounts, you need to get them all and just work your way through! :) Okay, seriously, if getting a whole slew of Cathe's videos at once isn't an option, maybe Step Heat and Step Fit? I'm trying to think which videos have the most "1st taught" Cathe moves in them. I may be wrong, but I think those 2 have the most moves that are totally broken down to teach them for the 1st time. If you can get 3, I think Step Jam would good too.

But remember that you're asking Cathe addicts which ones to choose. It's like a chocohalic trying to choose just one kind to have for the next few months. Waaaaaay too hard a choice! :) I hope this muddle is at least somewhat helpful!

RE: I would say Step Heat and Step Max

Thanks everyone for your help. I guess if I can venture into Cathe buying the whole CTX series based on your high opinions of her tapes, I can spring for 2-3 more to help me get her style down. Thanks again for your prompt responses.
