Hello all. Thanks for your supportive chats from my Goin' Nuts post. Taught my first class since surgery and so far just feeling a little muscle soreness, no surgicial soreness. I had my first surgery when I was 14 to correct scoliosis and since then, bone had grown over and at the end of the rod they inserted, the bone was pressing on the L5 nerve root causing pain and numbness down my left leg and foot. Most distressing. Anyway, the WONDERFUL news is that since the removal of the bone and bottom hook of the rod, the numbness is GONE!!! But I am going back at it as slowly as I can so as not to mess things up.
So, now I have a question. My teaching schedule is down to two classes per week now and I'm keen to get back to my videos. I'm looking for feedback on Boot Camp. It looks awesome. What do y'all think?
So again, thanks for the support. You know, you all are such nice people and so good to each other, it just makes me smile and feel warm and good.
