Going Away & Need Advise

I am going to stay with friends in California for 2 wks. I am wondering what type of exercise I can do for strength. I don’t have access to weights. I can run and jump rope for cardio and was going to bring a kickboxing tape. But I don’t have access to a step either so I can’t do step. How much are those rubber made steps? Are they sturdy enough? Maybe I can pick one up there. I can do lower body exercises like squats and lunges without weights as well as ab work. How about those resistance bands? Any suggestions?:

Yes! I love resistance bands....call Spri Products 800-222-7774. You'll love their stuff, and you may want to keep using them at home. I use the black ones, but I like to brag sometimes.
 
Thanks Honeybunch and Connie 1. I have thought of a few things such as kickboxing and running and push ups, dips (even though I'm not fond of dips..strains the wrist), and of corse ab work. I like the plank idea. Those are tough. I have a yoga tape, I could do that too.
Any other advise would be welcome.
