Goals by Christmas

By Christmas, I want to be able,

to do a one-armed push up without nose diving into the carpet;

to concentration curl 25 pounds for 12 reps;

to run 5 miles without passing out afterwards on the couch for the rest of the afternoon!

My goals by Christmas:

To do a push up on my toes.

To fit into another pair of pre-pregnancy jeans.

To be able to do ALL of ME biceps with 8# DB's. (right now I have to drop to 5# DB's part way through.) Don't laugh at me cause I'm weak!:p

and here's a non-fitness related one:

To not get frustrated and cut my hair short again by then! (I'm trying to grow my hair out from a very short, layered cut and it's not easy!!!)
 
To have my foot well enough to:

1. jog on treadmill
2. do moderate intensity on step
3. Do squats and lunges with weights.


This is probably a tall order, but that is my wish!
