Hello everybody. I have a couple of questions regarding glucosamine & chondroitin supplements. I know a lot of people in this forum take them daily and with a history of arthritis (mostly osteoarthritis) in my family I was wondering how soon is too soon to start. Can people in their 20's and 30's take them? Can these supplements be used to prevent future injuries/pains and protect joints, or should people start taking them when they feel pain or discomfort for the first time? My last question is what is the recommended daily dosage? That is all for now. As usual thank you very much.
