I've previewed all the new workouts and they all look fantastic, but Intensity has got me hooked right now. So far I have done the Step Only premix & Step+Hiit (Lo) Timesaver premix, and I'm loving it! About 20 minutes into the step routine when Cathe starts a blast with 16 plie`jacks, she inserts recovery sprawls & says "these are a gift" and I can't hold back my 'she's killing me' giggles (LOL).
