Your too cute!
The rehearsals are going great. This past week we focused on Cardio Kicks and Circuit Max. We are all having a blast with these workouts. I think you will really enjoy them. I love the variety of movement and exercise styles on Circuit Max. Each time we do it it feels so invigorating and fun. Cardio kicks is also very fun. Especially the interval drills at the end. This is my absolute favorite part. Be on the lookout for SEQUENTIAL POWER KICKS, ICE BREAKERS, and this really fun PUNCH THREE AND JUMP combo. I have had so much fun choreographing and designing both workouts. The others six are fun too but more details on them another time

Here is a little more detail for the following two workouts.
CARDIO KICKS:
Section one: HIGH INTENSITY "stylized" kickboxing(unique combination of hi/lo mixed with kicks and punches). This is about 40 minutes long.
Section two: Interval drills. Whew, this is tough. But fun too!!! If you have anything left to give after section one
, this section is where you REALLY put out. You will work in a 50% intensity range and then jack it up to 100% for about 20 seconds with a variety of kicks and punches.
CIRCUIT MAX (rough outline):
After you warm up you will go into six cardio/weight cycles (5 to 2 minute ratio). Each cardio cycle is different and contains easy to learn choreography. The cycles consist of two hi/lo, one floor kickbox, one step kickbox, and two traditional step. The weight cycles will use a heavy and light set of dumbells. We have been quite satisfied with 5 and 8 pounders. The time just seems to fly by with this workout. Each time you do it you figure out exactly what weight you need and how hard to push on the different cardio segments. I think you are really going to enjoy this workout.
