Good Morning Girls!

Today was LIC. I think it had been awhile since I had done the entire workout. Fun! But, for some reason I felt dizzy today.x( I have been thirstier, so I wonder if I need more water!? Have you ever noticed how much they are sweating during LIC? Especially Jai? On the RT, they said that the heat was on during the taping!

We will be leaving for OK this aft. for the weekend. The parents of one of the boys in my class have a house there and have graciously offered for us to stay there. They live here, but use it occasionally on the weekends, etc. It will so much nicer than a hotel!

Marcy--What are your weekend plans? How was dancing last night? I looked up all of the workouts that you named and they are all available to rent through NetFlix. Any that you would recommend more than others? You know I am challenged by tricky choreography!:p

Deanie--Enjoy the rest of your vacation and have a safe trip back! I will probably start the rotation on Sunday.

Good Afternoon Girls!

Today I did the Sculpt Section of Lisa Nunziella's Dance to Enhance. It felt kind of like a jazz class, music a little bit fast for a sculpt workout but got my HR up a little bit. Basically it was step touches and slides, plies, plank work (prone and side), glute lifts, bicycles, sun salutes, standing splits, body rolls. A short, quick workout just to say I did something today (only 30 mins.) There are 3 different workouts on this DVD.

I checked out June '07. As you know, I'm not a big fan of the Pyramids so I might change them to 4DS or Gym Styles. I still want to see what Cathe comes up with. I also like her Upper Body Bliss and Strong Like Bull rotations so I still have to decide but I guess I'll start on Monday. Looks like my closing in GA is April 30th and I'm hoping for an April 28th closing here. I probably won't be doing the last week or two and try to do just bodyweight, yoga and cardio (probably kickboxing and hi/lo) workouts that don't need any equipment.

Gin - Have a great time in OK this weekend. That was real nice of the parents to offer you their house. Dancing was great last night; we reviewed ones we learned from last week. Did a really nice Nightclub Two (It was to a song by Reba McEntire and Rascal Flatts - Faith in Love) DS and roommate are coming over for DS's birthday tomorrow.

Of the ones I mentioned to you, Amy's Hi/Lo Xtreme is moderate choreography. I think you can handle it. Christi is more complex but a lot of fun and she uses great music. I really like Rob Glick. He does have complex choreography but he layers and cues very well. He starts off with a basic move like a knee repeater and then turns it into something else. For complex choreography, I find him very easy to follow. If you want, I can send you the VHS of hi/lo fusion. If you like it, you can keep it because I have the DVD. If you don't like it, you can send it back. Let me know what you decide. In a nutshell, I think Amy's is the most athletic and my heartrate stayed up for just about the whole workout.

Deanie - Enjoy the rest of your vacation and have a safe trip back. Talk to you on Mon.

Have a great weekend! I don't know if I'll be able to check in this weekend.
