Gin Miller Intense Moves DVD

Does anyone own this? I just bought it off ebay and I'm worried it might be a copy. It plays fine on my dvd, however I can't get it to play on my computer. The first screen, it has in a small box, intense moves and you click on it and the dvd begins( no chapters). Is this what it starts with, for those of you who have it.

I have to say I love, love this workout. It got my heart pumping hard. Comparable for me to IMax. I'm wondering if there are other gems out there that are equal to this and Imax in terms of intensity.

I love this workout too (HAVE to get it back from my brother soon!), but I have VHS, so have no clue.

I miss it! I like Gin Miller alot as an instructor.. I also have an like her Simply Circuit. It's got hi/lo segment, then a step segment, all integrated with weight work. It's more intermediate, but it's a good one!

Hello Mary.

Sounds like you got a copy. I have an original VHS version. Simply Interval is alot like Intense Moves. I believe it's considered to be a HITT.

Best thing to do is preview it on Collage or Gin Miller's site.

Nope, that's what the original DVD is like. Gin just had some of her older videos transfered to DVD using what looks like a not-too-sophisticated program. The menu screen looks almost like something that should be 'behind the scences.' Bad format, but a great workout! I have another video-to-DVD workout of hers, and it has a very similar menu screen.

Just popping in to say I LOVE THIS WORKOUT!! I have it on VHS and can't even tell you how long I've had it.

I just re-discovered it about a month ago!! LOVE IT!!
